The location was convenient for our plans to visit the nearby Cherokee National History Museum. The staff was friendly, and the place seemed clean and new, which was a plus. However, the hotel was under renovation, so basic amenities like breakfast and the pool were not available during our stay. Overall, it felt like a work in progress, but I'm hopeful that it will improve once renovations are complete.
